As Hospitality is Fatiha’s background , she makes the cuisine as her first concern.

Beside the native tasty Bahamian dishes, she added to her table, the Moroccan exotic cuisine, to give her dishes a unique touch of spices and flavours. This has made her known among the visitors, as one of the best cooks on the Island.
